The PetiteKnit Novice Slipover is a very easy to knit, simple slipover.

The model is perfect for beginners. You knit in stockinette stitch from top to bottom.

First the back is done, on the cast-on edge stitches are then picked up to form the shoulders, which are then closed in the round at the front and thus form the front.

The front and back are gathered under the armholes to form the body, which is made in the round on a circular needle. Stitches are picked up around the neckline and armholes for the ribbed cuffs

Size guide

The Novice Slipover should have a range of motion ( positive ease) of approx. 17 cm in relation to your chest circumference.

The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL fit a chest circumference of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120). ) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm.

Before you actually start knitting, measure yourself first to determine the size that fits you best.

If your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 90 cm, you should choose size S as it has a chest circumference of 107 cm.
In this case the slipover would have a range of motion ( positive ease) of 17 cm .
