Yarn kit for the Novice Slipover by PetiteKnit with Double Sunday and Tynn Silk Mohair by Sandnesgarn.

The PetiteKnit Novice Slipover is a very easy to knit, simple slipover.

The model is perfect for beginners. You knit in stocking stitch from top to bottom.

First the back is done, then stitches are picked up on the cast-on edge to form the shoulders, which are then closed in a round at the front to form the front.

The front and back are gathered under the armholes to form the body, which is worked in the round on a circular needle. Stitches are picked up around the neckline and at the armholes for the ribbed cuffs.

The Novice Slipover should have a range of motion ( positive ease) of approximately 17 cm in relation to your chest circumference.

The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL fit a chest circumference of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm.

Before you start knitting, measure yourself first to determine the size that fits you best.

If your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 90 cm, you should choose size S as this has a chest circumference of 107 cm.
In this case, the slipover would have a range of motion ( positive ease) of 17 cm .
