Yarn package for the Medvind Sweater by Elsbeth Judith.

The beautiful Medvind sweater is perfect for a day at the seaside. Medvind is Danish and means tailwind. This sweater is a real classic and yet very special!

The Medvind Sweater is knitted oversize, super comfortable and with a drop shoulder. It is cozy and casual and looks good forever! You knit it in a half fisherman's rib pattern. This makes it elastic and super wearable. The edges are finished with I-cord so that the sweater does not stretch too much.

The collar is constructed in a very special way. It is knitted halfway up and is open at the front. This classic collar shape is called a tulip neckline. It is very wearable and popular and looks great too!

The Medvind Sweater is knitted from top to bottom and from the armhole in rounds using the unique Wool Local by Erika Knight. This yarn is 100% British wool and is also super fine and very soft!

With the Medvind Sweater you'll feel the tailwind at sea - knit yourself this classic!
