Yarn kit for the Friday Tee by PetiteKnit made from Sunday by Sandnes Garn.

The Friday Tee is knit from top to bottom in broken rib pattern with raglan increases.

The neckline is worked in ribbing and knitted on the inside. The neckline is shaped with short rows. Sleeves and body are finished with a ribbed cuff.

Wash the gauge swatch before measuring it – the broken rib pattern grows in the wash.

Size guide

The Friday Tee should have a positive ease of about 6-9 cm in relation to your chest circumference.

Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL fit a chest circumference on your own body of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm.

The measurements of the finished top are indicated on the front. Measure yourself first before you start knitting to make sure you have chosen the correct size for you.

If your chest circumference measures e.g. 90 cm (or the widest part of your torso), you should choose size S. A top in size S has a chest circumference of 96 cm and would have a positive ease of 6 cm in the given example.

The pictured model wears size XS and has a chest circumference of 82 cm at 164 cm height.
