Yarn kit for the Cross Sweater by PetiteKnit.
The pattern for the Cross Sweater was created in collaboration with the Red Cross. Part of the proceeds from pattern sales will be donated to the Red Cross.
This way, you can wear the beautiful red crosses while doing something truly good!
You knit your Cross Sweater seamlessly from the top down and, from the armholes onward, in the round using Peer Gynt by Sandnes Garn. This makes this charming sweater lightweight and durable, as well as wonderfully warm.
The Cross Sweater has a classic look with a simple pattern in beautiful contrasting colors.
We also offer the matching Cross Sweater Kids for children as a set in our shop—knit the sweater for the whole family!
Size Guide
The Cross Sweater should have approximately 25 cm of positive ease in the smallest sizes, decreasing gradually in the larger sizes. Sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) are designed to fit a body chest circumference of 75–80 (80–85) 85–90 (90–95) 95–100 (100–110) 110–120 (120–130) 130–140 (140–150) cm. The measurements of the finished sweater can be found on the front page of the pattern. Please note: These measurements apply only if the gauge is maintained. Measure yourself before you begin knitting to determine the size that will fit you best. If your chest circumference (or the widest point of your body) measures 95 cm, you should choose size M. A size M sweater has a chest circumference of 120 cm and would therefore have 25 cm of positive ease in this case.
