Shipping within Germany

We ship quickly and reliably with DHL from Monday to Friday.
Packaging and shipping costs are a flat rate of €5.90.

Shipping is free for orders with a value of €79 or more.

One return per order is free of charge—write a message to info@gute-garne.de to receive a return label. 

For additional returns from Germany for items from the same order, and for returns from a country other than Germany, you bear the direct return shipping costs.

Shipping to the EU

We ship quickly and reliably with DHL from Monday to Friday.
Packaging and shipping costs are a flat rate of €9.90.

Shipping is free for orders with a value of €149 or more.

For return shipments from a country other than Germany, you bear the direct return shipping costs.

Shipping to Switzerland

We ship quickly and reliably from Monday to Friday.
Packaging and shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 8.99.

For return shipments from a country other than Germany, you bear the direct return shipping costs.

International delivery times

Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium: Delivery within 2–5 days.
All other EU countries: Delivery within 3–8 days.
Switzerland: Delivery within 5–12 days.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. 
If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday generally recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall replace that day.
