Size Guide

The Cloud Sweater Junior should have a positive ease of about 20-25 cm relative to the chest circumference. Sizes 1-2 (2-3) 3-4 (4-5) 5-6 (6-7) 7-8 (8-9) 9-10 (10-12) 12-14 years fit a chest circumference on the body of 53 (54) 56 (57) 59 (62) 64 (68) 72 (78) 82 cm. The finished sweater measurements can be found on the front page of the pattern (note that these measurements only apply if the gauge is met). If you/the recipient, for example, have a chest circumference of 62 cm, you should choose size 6-7 years. A sweater in size 6-7 years has a chest circumference of 87 cm and would have a positive ease of 25 cm in this case. If the measured chest circumference deviates from the age recommendation, you should adjust the length of the person you are knitting for accordingly. The same applies if the child is smaller/larger than average.
